WEDDING PLANNER OR STYLIST - WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

A wedding planner will manage the logistical side of your wedding – what needs to be booked and when, what time should vendors arrive, has everything been paid? A wedding stylist will go on a journey of discovery with you to create a vision that mirrors the wedding you’ve always dreamed of! Here at bling eventz, we are experienced and trained in both professions.

 

HOW DO YOU CHARGE? – PER HOUR OR A PERCENTAGE OF THE BUDGET?

We have set fees which are agreed upon before we undertake any work with you. We will work closely with you to ensure you get the look you're after at a price you can afford. We do not base our fees on how much you will spend on your wedding or how many guests you will have.

 

WHAT IS THE LOWEST BUDGET YOU WILL WORK WITH?

Easy question to answer; we don’t have a minimum budget.

 

WHERE ARE OUR MEETING HELD?

We can come to you, or alternatively, you can come to us. Either way, we will try to work out a suitable time and day with you. We also understand that most people work, so we are happy to meet outside of normal working hours, and are also available on weekends.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AT OUR FIRST MEETING?

Lots of talking and listening. We like to get to know you a little and learn about your wedding plans so far.

 

DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF VENDORS THAT YOU ONLY WORK WITH OR CAN I MAKE SUGGESTIONS?

We have a comprehensive list of the best vendors in perth. Each vendor has absolutely amazed us with their product or service, and has thrilled our past couples with the best customer service ever – no exceptions. However, we welcome any suggestions you may have or vendors you have already booked.

 

DO YOU RECIEVE PAYMENTS FROM VENDORS FOR REFERRING US TO THEM? 

Definitely not. Our fees are based on a fair price for our work therefore kickbacks are not required.

 

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We service all areas in the Perth Metropolitan region. We will also travel to other destinations for an agreed fee. There are only some aspects of my event that I need help with. Is this possible? Bling Eventz can help with as little or as much as you require. Many of our customers come to us simply to hire from our great range of centrepieces, vases, furniture, etc. Others require much more. We are able to tailor a package to suit any event decorating requests.

 

I'M LOOKING FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC THAT I'VE SEEN IN A PICTURE. CAN YOU GET THIS FOR ME?

We have many requests to source product for our customers. Bing Eventz has a wide network of suppliers that we have developed good relationships with. Because of this, we are able to get great product at the right price for our clients. If there's something specific you're looking for, please email or scan an image to us, and we'll endeavour to locate it for you.

 

CAN YOU HELP US COME UP WITH A THEME FOR OUR EVENT?

Of course! Having designed and decorated many events, we have many ideas that we could suggest to you. Embellish Event Styling can create a theme and put together the looks and decoration required to make the theme come together.

 

DO YOU PACK UP AFTER THE EVENT? 

Yes, this can be done at any time (given the specifications set by the venue). Any night pack ups (after 9pm) will incur an extra fee agreed upon with you. All other pack up costs will be set according to the amount of items that require packing.

 

WHO SETS UP MY PARTY / WEDDING / FUNCTION?

We do! The team at Bling Eventz will style your event, according to the specifications set by you. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and will not leave until we are 100% happy with the space.
